Books Alive Events and Happenings 2009
Books Alive is over again for another year. The event was another great success encouraging all Australians to turn off their screens, put up their feet and GET READING! Customers to the Margaret River BookShop purchased a record number of Books on the Books Alive list and stacks of locals now have a copy of the limited edition short stories and good old Grug!! How many times did we hear from customers that they were born and bred on Grug!

As part of this year's Books Alive, Margaret River BookShop, in partnership with Arts Margaret River hosted household name, author and actor, William McInnes. William took a day out of his extremely busy schedule to thoroughly entertain the people of Margaret River at the prestigious surrounds of Voyager Estate Winery. It was a sell out and great success.
