Isabella's Garden Launch Tuesday 8th September

Sometimes a launch of a book is not only the beginning of the journey for the book, but for the crowd who gather at the event as well. It's as if the mood of expectant happiness shapes a common mission - there is a wonderful, universal urge to wander out into the new imaginative landscape that the book is forging. This was the case in the Margaret River BookShop on Tuesday night at the launch of Isabella's Garden. This delightful new children's book is illustrated by well known Margaret River artist Rebecca Cool and is written by Glenda Millard. Local photographer shot Rebecca's original artwork for the production. MC, Ian Parmenter, local celebrity and Australian TV chef, in his address provided a focus for the sense of warm and happiness about hte sharing of creative effort.
